Castrol ALMAREDGE™ BI

Castrol Almaredge™ BI (previously Cooledge™ BI) is a general purpose soluble metalworking fluid formulated without boron. It contains an additive package that help to provide good lubrication properties and performs well in a wide water range. Almaredge BI can be used in single sump machines as well large systems. 

Castrol Alpha™ SP range are high quality mineral extreme pressure gear lubricants. They are formulated using high quality mineral base oils which are fortified with a sulphur-phosphorous additive system to prevent scuffing in heavily loaded applications. The balanced formulation separates water rapidly and resists foaming ensuring optimum film strength at the point of contact. The range can be used in splash lubricated or forced circulation systems 

Castrol Alphasyn EP gear oil range of high quality synthetic lubricants are based on polyalpha-olefin (PAO) fluids and sulpur / phosphorus Extreme Pressure (EP) additive technology providing outstanding thermal stability and high load carrying capacity. 

The Alphasyn EP range has been formulated for use in all types of enclosed gears including heavy loaded / shockloaded gears and bearings where EP properties are required. They are suitable for use in gearboxes where micropitting resistance is required and for a wide range of applications in extreme environments. 

Castrol Brayco Micronic™ LV/4 is a low viscosity synthetic hydrocarbon control fluid specifically formulated for use in subsea and downhole systems where response times are important. These include long offset closed loop subsea systems, surface well control, intelligent well completion, and low temperature applications such as carbon capture and storage 

Castrol Brayco Micronic™ SV/4 is a synthetic hydrocarbon control fluid specifically formulated for use as the control medium in closed loop surface and subsea production control systems. The fluid incorporates all the features required for operation throughout the control system including Sub Surface Safety Valves (SSSV) and intelligent well completions.

 Castrol Spheerol SX 2 is a calcium sulphonate complex, extreme pressure grease, resistant to both fresh and salt water providing a high level of corrosion protection to bearings and other components operating in environments subject to water or salt spray. 

Spheerol SX 2 is an excellent top dressing for wire ropes, readily providing lubrication between the strands as well as corrosion protection for external surfaces. 

 Castrol Transaqua™ HT2 is a water-based hydraulic control fluid specifically formulated for use as the control medium in subsea production control systems. Qualification testing carried out in accordance with ISO 13628-6 Annex C (2006 E) requirements. 

 Castrol Transaqua™ SP is a water-based hydraulic control fluid specifically formulated for use as the control medium in subsea production control systems. The fluid delivers excellent all-round subsea production system protection.  

 Qualification testing carried out in accordance with API 17F Annex C (3rd edition, May 2014) requirements. 

 Castrol Transmax Axle 80W-90 is a multigrade gear oil recommended for axles, transaxles or differentials requiring API GL-5 oil.
