He successfully managed the air freight supply of 90 metric tons of garnet stones from Mongolia to Singapore—an impressive logistical achievement. Additionally, he collaborated with Castrol Singapore to successfully import Castrol Transaqua DW into China, supporting FPSO projects. This milestone positioned Polar Marine Pte Ltd as the first company to accomplish this process seamlessly.
Drawing on years of experience working with shipyards and EPCs, Ming also led a project to modify workshop equipment to comply with Brazilian NR35 standards, demonstrating his technical versatility and commitment to safety compliance.
