Sea Water Reverse Osmosis

Containerised Seawater Reverse Osmosis
Fresh water, wherever the ship goes.
A complete seawater desalination plant built into a single 20ft ISO container: feed pumps, media pre-treatment, a reverse-osmosis membrane train, product water storage and a fully instrumented control panel, all in one weatherproof footprint. Crane it onto a vessel, a barge, or a slab at a remote site, connect feed and power, and it's ready to run.
Model PM-SW20 - 20FT ISO SKID
Suitable for deployment on:
- Deck - Craned aboard and secured like any other ISO-format container, feed and discharge lines run through deck penetrations. Offshore DNV2.7-1 can be arranged on request.
- Barge or Platform - Self-contained skid needs only feed water and power in, and product water out — no separate plant room to build.
- At a Remote Site - Truck or barge it to a coastal site with no mains water, run it on shore power or a genset, and connect to a storage tank.

Instrumented control panel
Digital flow and pressure readouts cover every stage, backed by illuminated pushbuttons and indicator lights for pumps, valves and alarms — so panel status tells you what the plant is doing at a glance.
Walk-in service access
A full-height aisle runs the length of the container, keeping valves, housings and pumps within reach for adjustment and maintenance without shutting the plant down.
